by The People of The United States of America
After 250 years of Human events and new political bands with Others, it is Still necessary for People to assume the Powers of the Earth, Laws of Nature and Nature’s God have entitled Them to a decent respect to the opinions of Mankind and conclusions requiring They should declare the causes which impel Them to use Discretion.
We still hold, and Our Veterans have died for the same Truths and Unalienable Rights to be Self-Evident. So that the Security of government among People derives from the consent of the Governed. That whenever Their government becomes destructive to Themselves and damages effect Their standing as citizens, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to entitle Themselves with conclusions and institute new foundations on principles and organization which most likely effect their Safety and Happiness.
While such change is not light nor transient, experience and prudence dictate that Tax suffrage has been levied toward those more disposed to suffer with forms they are accustomed. So that these Taxes have inequitably been charged to Working People, described here as white- and blue-collar employees as well as small business owners. Not those with impoverished means, nor generational wealth nor influence. While paying the Tax has been more sufferable than Rightfully abolishing such evils, Our government has amassed and imposed a debt which now amounts to about $300,000.00 per household. Consider only Working People actually pay most of the Tax. Then They must pay a multiple of Their share, every household’s Tax debt and such payment amounts to an Objective of Tax Slavery for Working People.
When a 250-year train of Tax abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Objective evinces a design to reduce Working People under a Totalitarian System of government, it is their Right, it is their duty, to throw off such Tax, and to provide new Guards for Working People’s future Security. Let these facts be submitted to a candid world.
The Treaty of Paris recognized The People of The United States as an Independent nation.
The Constitution of The United States was ratified establishing rule along with a Bill of Rights and other Amendments granting only The People Majority and Individual Rights to use their Self-Evident Discretionary judgement to support a Congress, President and Vice-President and a supreme Court. Majority and Individual Rights supersede corporations and Individuals can not be represented in multiplicity by corporations to support government.
We fought a War of Succession, brought on by corporate meddling and economies grounded in Slavery. Benefiting Systematic corporations who supplied goods and services to a Union with money financed on the back of the first income tax paid by Working People. About 1 million casualties were Suffered plus the expense to Working People was about $300 billion in today’s dollars. Little paid by principles of corporations, those with generational wealth or influence who benefitted from the terrible war. The result of Freedom from Slavery was not as much from the war, which only released about 1 million Slaves. Yet the real reasons for Their Freedom were; 1) The 13th and 15th Amendments. 2) A Peaceful small business development of cotton strippers which essentially made such Slavery, Share Cropping and such war obsolete. 3) The 19th Amendment, which gave over 50 million People full Right of citizenship after almost 100 years of Peaceful protests by Suffragettes. So, the only victory from this War of Succession was Our Democratic Republic survived.
As experience and prudence have required more grounded and lasting solutions to govern People, New Ideas of Civil Disobedience and Communism have prevailed as are necessary to manage needs of The People. We did not fight World Wars against these ideas, but Totalitarianism and Imperialism. Those who wanted to Enslave entire populations by wreaking over 100 million World casualties. A Cold War has even threatened to destroy All of humanity. The operation of such wars has been carried out through industrialization and assembly economics requiring Working People to pay more taxes and devote their lives to labor for such.
Yet it is the principal shareholders of corporations with generational wealth and influence who have benefited most from such conflicts. Now Our Totalitarian government uses Communist means to fund these corporate models during war and prosperity. Such means also control Our government to require bail outs of their faulty ventures during corporate collapse. Such has become most prominent since the World Wars as corporations have steered government into using such means to support military industrialization, railroads and airlines, manufacturers, many banks and mortgage companies and even created a medical complex now depending on about 35% of Our government spending. Stimulus programs have propped up the largest corporations while disrupting local small business, personal income and distributing funds inequitably to corporations. Not The People. Even foreign countries benefit as recently a Secretary of Treasury used Our funds to rescue Japan from financial collapse with no direction from Our Congress. This is the Imperialist country that destroyed Pearl Harbor and half the World before we needed help from China and Russia to defend Ourselves less than 100 years ago. Yet, while corporate principles secure incomprehensible wealth and politicos are propped up by the influential, The People are Taxed again and again to correct such calamities.
Above The Constitution of The United States, law has given stronger Rights to corporations than Majorities and Individual People. After 250 years of illegitimate influence and payments to politicians, Working People no longer have a representative government but suffer under Systematic corporate Totalitarianism. We fought 2 World Wars against Totalitarianism, yet corporations continue to compel Our representatives to support their models with corporate welfare and compel The People into conflict against Our Allies of those World Wars. All while submitting The People to Tax Slavery and corporate bail outs that mainly benefit the principles. The history of such repeated injuries and usurpations, all have this Tax Slavery Objective and the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over Working People. Such corporate control over political parties and Our representatives, as well as representation in multiplicity for a privileged few is detrimental to The Constitution that clearly defines a government that is only subservient to The People. Furthermore, it is understood in the Constitution that One Person only has one vote in Their district. Therefore, it cannot be logically construed that corporations may influence multiple Representatives in many districts. A corporation is Subservient. First to The People and customers, secondly to Our government and thirdly to shareholders. Therefore, no corporation shall be permitted by The Constitution of the United States to influence The People’s government with Campaign funding nor Parties involved in Elections.
Above The Constitution of The United States, corporations serving as political parties have influenced Elections, Presidents, Congress, and Courts while never having authority over People. When corporations with little Tax obligation have influenced law, then Working People should do the same to remain competitive. Using Self-Evident Discretion and opening businesses to file similar Taxes instead of more expensive personal income Tax is equivalent to Freeing themselves from Tax Slavery. Plus, it is the Right, it is the duty of People to act with Their own Discretion. Especially when voting and paying Taxes generated by Corporate Totalitarians. Since the payment of Taxes has a greater effect on a Tyrannical government than votes, it is the Right of People to make themselves small business proprietors and pay less tax accordingly. This Totalitarian government now faces bankruptcy when just 5% of the population that actually pays income Tax legally files less business Tax payments. Taking all corporate Totalitarians and their corporate welfare with it. Because that 5% of the Working People actually pays a much higher percent of government revenues.
The income Tax is terribly unjust, inefficient and ineffective. The first 3 income Taxes were repealed, plus the cost of collection and enforcement of such make revenues less worthy. Another effective way to protest it is for a small portion of The People to simply refuse to pay it and dare the government to incarcerate Them. The government would likely bankrupt in a few years for such high cost. This is why such a huge portion go uncollected now. So, money laundering has become rampant and encourages illicit business.
Creating small businesses and filing business Tax opens more revenues for The People and local communities instead of sending it off to a Systematic Totalitarian government contracting with corporations to waste Trillions of dollars on wars, foreign interests and bureaucracy. In essence filing business Tax becomes a Peaceful Tax protest which can grow personal and local economies more than any corporate System. Furthermore over 30 million businesses are now doing this legally in Our United States with some 99% considered small businesses. When just 6 million households create businesses paying less tax than personal income tax options, then our Totalitarian government should fail.
Voluntary taxes are always the most effective and efficient way for government to raise revenues. Taxes which are directly associated with products and services benefiting from the social expense are only paid by those who consume it. Another fair, effective and efficient system is the Value Added Tax used by most other countries in the world. It has been snuffed out in Our United States through corporate control of Our Representatives because it directly effects their profits. Because tax is so small at each point along the chain, it becomes easier for businesses and The People to simply pay it than face government penalties. Sin taxes are also a very effective and efficient. For those who complain that such preys on those who can least afford tax, simply direct such to fund education and welfare. Also, there should be no exemption for non-profit corporations, especially those that provide no real services but only distribute information when most information is free. If any preacher, doctor, other service provider, administrator and especially corporation are paid or profit, how can there be a non-profit? When there is no more income tax for employees, then every charity and government entity can afford to pay such a small incremental tax or the mission is likely to fail anyway. Finally, much can be said about the fair, efficient and effective work of Charity. Most who give Charitably are going to do some diligence to assure that their gift is wisely used. Such direct oversight is always more productive than involving government or institutional bureaucracy.
Self-Evident Discretion of the Individual is Completely and Wholly implied in Our Charters of Freedom. We have enjoyed the Freedom to vote with Discretion despite corporate interference. Especially by corporations identifying themselves as political parties. Such corporate representation on ballots and polls effectively allows multiplicity in representation and is detrimental to majority and individual rule. This is entirely Unconstitutional so Self-Evident Discretion against political corporations and their lobbyists should be wielded by voters, courts and our representatives. Since paying Tax is subjective to The People’s opinions as well as Civil Disobedience and Communal ideas, then forging the most grounded and lasting Tax law is ultimately dependent on the most efficient and effective systems of collection and enforcement. Therefore, Tax is most practically subject to Self-Evident Discretion as the Right to vote. So, the Non-violent protest of starting a business and paying tax according Individuals’ Right of Discretion is The Peoples Right and Our Duty to Others. Plus, this action Honors Those who have fought and died for such.
We, therefore, the Representatives of The People, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Righteousness of our intentions, do, in the Name of The People of The United States, and by Our Authority solemnly publish and declare Our Right of Discretion. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
